Consumer rights
You can cancel a distance contract within 14 days — without giving any reason.
In accordance with Article 27 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827, as amended) and EU Directive 2023/2673, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason and without incurring any costs, except for the costs specified in Article 33, Article 34(2) and Article 35.
The 14-day period begins on the day the goods are received (physical products) or on the day the contract is concluded (digital content and services).
