25 years of taking charge of order
My name is Agnes Bozhevich, and I have been taking charge of the order for 25 years.
I am not a minimalism theorist. For a quarter of a century, I worked my way up through all levels of administration – from intern to head of administration. The financial industry, construction, foreign trade, textile production in Asia, complex BDO reporting, and fleet and real estate supervision.
My professional life consisted of procedures, budgets, and spreadsheets where there was no room for error. I have a master's degree in administration, and my postgraduate studies in human resource management taught me that the system must serve people, not the other way around.
At some point, I realized that true order is more than just a completed report. It is freedom.
The process I offer my clients today
I myself went through the process that I offer my clients today. I gave up being a cog in a big machine to build something of my own, based on truth and honesty. Today I combine hard operational competence with what I truly love.
Artisan, strategist and traveler
When I'm not designing systems for my clients, you'll find me at the sewing machine or on the road. The bicycle is my greatest love and daily work tool - it's what I use most often to get to meetings with clients in Warsaw.
I love the artisanal precision with which I create velvet baga organizers to the sound of the radio. But I love just as much the freedom I get from traveling around Poland by bicycle. Hundreds of miles on two wheels and years of experience have taught me that in life - just like in a bicycle pannier - only what really matters matters. This passion for simplifying and testing solutions on the move is the foundation of my brand.
I am the type of loner who appreciates silence and authenticity. I love the smell of freshly baked homemade bread and contact with nature. It's from here that I draw the strength to implement systems that make life lighter and you regain time for the things you love to do.
